- Strength – EMOM10 – 1 Power Clean (Start @ 80% of 1RM established on 8/31 and build)
- Conditioning – 2 Rounds For Time – “Double Trouble Version 2”
- 20 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 155#/105#)
- 100 Double Unders (Sx = 50 Lateral Bar Jumps)
- NOTE – Intention of this workout is to be sub 10 min. We want you to be able to do at least 5 power cleans touch and go and maybe even get 10+. Short and intense today.
- Finisher – Immediately after workout jog 800m attempting to regulate your breathing and bring down your heart rate. Goal is to have to move for 3-4 minutes post workout.
