10/08/12 – Back to Back Squats

Reminder – Next Saturday, October 13, is the CrossFit 908 3yr Birthday Party.  We invite all of you to please join us for a full night of fun!

  • Strength – 5×5 Back Squat – Add 5lbs from last week.  Make it challenging!
  • WOD – 4 Rounds For Time
    • 40 Double Unders
    • 30 Air Squats
    • 20 Abmat Sit Ups
  • Accessory – 60 seconds handstand hold
  • Additional Cardio – 5x200m Hill Sprints – Jog down recovery.  No stopping.  Perform after workout on your own.
