  • Strength/Skill – EMOM10 – 1 Power Clean w/ 2 second Pause @ the knee + 1 Front Squat
  • Conditioning – 3RFT
    • 400M Run
    • 20 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
    • 10 Front Squats (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
  • Finisher – 30 Toes To Bar
