10/11/12: Practice Your Weaknesses!

Work on a goal today.  In particular work on one of your weaknesses.

  • Additional Cardio – 1k Row / 2k Run (5 x 400m) / 1k Row

Check out Dr. Chris Stepien’s video below.  As many of you know, Chris treats me on a regular basis and is a major factor in keeping me healthy when competing in CrossFit.   2. Earlier this year, I injured my shoulder lifting a little too heavy on ring dips. After using heat, ice bathes, stretching and rest I still wasn’t recuperating, not well enough anyway. After one 20 minute session with Chris I was 80% better. About a week later, using some techniques Chris gave me, I was 100%. If I’d have just gone to see Chris from the onset. I’d have cut my recovery time by half. If you have nagging injuries, do yourself a favor and make an appointment.
