10/11/13: Lifestyle Challenge Day #11 – Friday Intervals

Today’s workouts are meant to be done as all out efforts.  Take the 5 minutes between efforts to prepare for the next event.  If you think today’s workout is easy, you did it wrong. Today’s Workout:

  • Part One – 500m Row Sprint – As fast as humanly possible
  • Rest 5 min
  • Part Two –  21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Heavy Wall Ball (Sx = 20#/14 – Rx = 35#/20#)
    • Ring Row (Kipping allowed)
  • Rest 5 min
  • Part Three – 800m Run Sprint – As fast as humanly possible
