10/11/17: Go Laura!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – AMRAP21 – “Hip Toe It”
    • 12 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 12 Toes To Bar
    • 12 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14 – CRx = 35#/20#)
  • Finisher – Heavy Front Rack Carry – 300m (Sx = 35#/26# KBs / Rx = 53#/35# KBs OR use a stone)

This picture is easily one of the best from the competition on Saturday.  The face, the shirt, a cameo from Magda, say it all.  Laura was nervous about signing up for Rx, but she did it, and we are so proud that she chose to do it.  Competing is very stressful and is not for everyone.  It is even more stressful when you choose to sign up for a more challenging division. Laura did awesome on Saturday and put herself out there.  Best Effort.  That is what matters.  Congrats, Laura!
