  • EMOM10 – 3 Back Squats @ 80% of 1RM (If last week’s EMOM was easy, attempt the same weight)
  • Conditioning – 21-15-9 Reps For Time of
    • 1-Arm DB Snatch Alternating (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 60#+/40#+)
    • Pull Ups – (Crx = CTB)
    • Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – CRx = 35#/20#)
