  • Strength – 20 min to find a 1RM Thruster from the ground
  • Conditioning – “Fran”
    • 21-15-9 reps for time of
      • Thruster (95#/65#)
      • Pull Ups
  • 10 min Cardio Cool Down (Jog / Row / Bike)
