  • Conditioning – AMRAP15 –
    • 5 Handstand Push Ups (Sub Dumbbell Push Press Today)
    • 7 Box Jumps (Sx – 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
    • 9 Toes To Bar – (Sx – V-Ups)
  • Accessory – Collect a total of 2 minutes in a hollow hold
