Today’s Workout:

  • EMOM10 – 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats – Increase weight every other minute
  • Conditioning – 50 Thrusters for time – 5 burpees at the top of every minute
    • Sx = 75#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Strict Pull Ups
