    • 21 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 225#/155#)
    • 21 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
    • Run 600m
    • 15 Deadlifts
    • 15 Pull Ups
    • Run 300m
    • 9 Deadlifts
    • 9 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – 400m Overhead Plate Carry
