10/22/13: Lifestyle Challenge Day # 22 – Three weeks down, one to go!

Today’s Workout –

  • Strength – 5×5 Strict Pull Ups – Add weight if possible – 15 min
  • Conditioning – “Helen” – 3 Rounds For Time of
    • 400m Run
    • 21 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
    • 12 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Push Ups
