  1. Well, that letter from Lukas’ family was pretty powerful!! Congrats to Brazen and 908 for raising so much money!!! There’s nothing like a Crossfit family!! I got up yesterday morning, and went for a run…it was beautiful out, and I thought, “I so appreciate my health!!” It sounds so corny, but I really did think this…and it’s true…we have to take care of ourselves and our hearts, minds and bodies…xoxo, Dottie 🙂
