Today’s Workout

  • EMOM10 – 1 Hang Power Clean- Start @ 80% and build to 90%+ over the 10 sets
  • Conditioning – “Elizabeth” – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – No CRx) – NOTE: When you see the word “clean” by itself it means the full movement from the ground and through a full front squat.  Watch the video for some good cues on cleans in slow motion.
    • Ring Dips
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Ring Rows (Strict)
