Starting this Thursday, and continuing for the next several weeks, we are switching the Thursday 5:15am to Friday @ 5:15am. Please make sure you check the schedule and pre-register for the classes you plan to attend.
- Skill – Snatch – 20 minutes to work up to a heavy single
- WOD – Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes complete the following
- 5 Burpees (7 Burpees if you feel sassy)
- 3 Hang Power Snatch Right Arm (Use Dumbbells – Suggested 40-50/25-35)
- 3 Hang Power Snatch Left Arm (Use Dumbbells)
- Accessory – 3 x 20 GHD Hip Extensions
