Work on a skill, goal, GSO workout, make up a workout you missed, or, and this is a novel idea, spend some time working on your mobility!!!!! Stop ignoring your tight areas, impingements, etc. Grab a lacrosse ball, band, and roller and get to work! Ask a coach for a mobility drill for your specific issue.
