  • WOD – 10RFT
    • 7 Ring Rows – (Use a 24″ box to scale up)
    • 11 Hand Release Push Ups – Keep toes in contact with ground
    • 15 Jumping Lunges – Sub reverse lunges to avoid impact
  • Accessory – 4 x 12-15 Toes To Bar
