- 100 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
- 100 Slam Ball Sit Ups (Partners pass ball at the top of the sit up. 50 Sit Ups each. No running during this movement)
- 100 Slam Ball Thrusters (Resume Pace Setter)
