Teams of 2 – Chipper Style – 300m Run Pace Setter

  • 100 Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
  • 100 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
  • 100 Slam Ball Sit Ups (Partners pass ball at the top of the sit up.  50 Sit Ups each.  No running during this movement)
  • 100 Slam Ball Thrusters (Resume Pace Setter)
