10/26/17: 908 Night Out

908 Night Out – Saturday, 11/04 @ 8pm.  1) It’s a Saturday.  2) The challenge is over 3) If you stay up until 6am you can sign in for Tuesday’s 5am.  We would love to see as many people out as possible for some good old fashioned 908 fun.  We let our 8th birthday slip by on 10/03, so we have plenty of reason to celebrate.  Does anyone have any fun suggestions away from our traditional spots?  Would people “go out?” Morristown?     • 6 Bar Muscle Ups (Sx = 12 Jumping Chest To Bar OR 9 Chest To Bar OR 12 Pull Ups)
    • 12 Dumbbell Snatches (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 5-10 Strict HSPU
