10/27/12: Sleds!

Today’s workout is a team event.  In teams of 4 complete the following for time.  Only one person working at an exercise at any given time except for the burpees.

  • 500m sled push – Inside (+45/+0)
  • 400m Bear Crawl – Inside
  • 300 Kettlebell Swings – (53#/35#)
  • 200 Toes To Bar
  • 100 Burpees (To be completed as a team with all 4 people working after finishing all of the other movements)
Rumor has it Lace and Malibu may have been out last night...
