Today’s workout is a team event. In teams of 4 complete the following for time. Only one person working at an exercise at any given time except for the burpees.
- 500m sled push – Inside (+45/+0)
- 400m Bear Crawl – Inside
- 300 Kettlebell Swings – (53#/35#)
- 200 Toes To Bar
- 100 Burpees (To be completed as a team with all 4 people working after finishing all of the other movements)
