  • Strength – Back Squat 5 x 2 @ 95% of 3RM
  • Conditioning – AMRAP12
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 15 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
  • Finisher – 800M Med Ball Run
