Hey 908ers! I will be competing in January on a team of all Type 1 Diabetics. We are hosting a fundraiser to raise money for competition expenses (travel, shirts, etc.) and any additional funds will be donated directly to the JDRF. In addition we invite you all to complete 80 reps of any movement of your choice at CrossFit 908 on Thursday, November 14th. Choose a movement you struggle with, and show your support for the 80 people per day that are diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in the US. We appreciate any and all help. Separately, for any of your competitive folks, we would love for you all to create teams and come compete! I would greatly appreciate all of your support. Only 3 team tickets left!
Today’s Workout:
- AMRAP2 – Push Ups
- Conditioning – AMRAP20
- 20 Burpees
- 40 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
- 60 Double Unders
- 800m Run (out front, around back, run up to the second stop sign but cross the street and then run back mirroring your run)
- AMRAP2 – Ring Dips
