- Conditioning – 10 Rounds For Time – “Dead Ringer”
- 10 Ring Rows (Make these challenging so that you will need to break them up)
- 10 V-Ups (Hands to toes is the standard. You can scale by bending the legs and reaching for heels)
- 10 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
- Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Press Ups / 10 Scorpion
