10/30/17: Costume Contest on Tuesday

Tomorrow is Halloween, so we expect to see some phenomenal costumes at the gym!  The best costume in each class will win a free 908 tee or tank.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 10 Rounds For Time – “Dead Ringer”
    • 10 Ring Rows (Make these challenging so that you will need to break them up)
    • 10 V-Ups (Hands to toes is the standard.  You can scale by bending the legs and reaching for heels)
    • 10 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Press Ups / 10 Scorpion
