908 4th Birthday Party / Grand Opening Party – Saturday, 11/02 @ 8pm. – Come join us for our biggest party yet in our brand new 6,000+ sq ft space. - Conditioning – AMRAP15
- Run 300m (Sub 300m Row / 15 Calorie Airdyne / 50 Double Unders)
- 5 Muscle Ups (Sub 15 Ring Rows / 15 Ring Dips – Use same rings. Partition however you want) – Bar muscle ups are also an acceptable sub if you don’t have ring muscle ups. If you are familiar with seated/banded muscle ups, you can do them as well.
- Finisher – AMRAP2 – Burpees
