Today’s Workout: –

  • Mobility Session – 20 minutes
    • 5 min Cardio Warm Up – Jog/Airdyne/Row/
    • Foam Roll – Calf / IT Band / Lats
    • Lacrosse Ball – Glutes / Scapula / Posterior Deltoid / Triceps
    • Couch Stretch – 1 min each leg
    • Hamstring Stretch – 1 min each leg
    • 20 steps walking lunge – elbow to inside of foot
    • 10 Wall Squats
  • 5 Rounds For Total Reps
    • 1 min – Max Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – NO CRX)
    • 1 min – Max Sit Ups (Abmat)
    • 1 min – Max Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
    • 1 min – Rest
