- Mobility Session – 20 minutes
- 5 min Cardio Warm Up – Jog/Airdyne/Row/
- Foam Roll – Calf / IT Band / Lats
- Lacrosse Ball – Glutes / Scapula / Posterior Deltoid / Triceps
- Couch Stretch – 1 min each leg
- Hamstring Stretch – 1 min each leg
- 20 steps walking lunge – elbow to inside of foot
- 10 Wall Squats
- 5 Rounds For Total Reps
- 1 min – Max Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – NO CRX)
- 1 min – Max Sit Ups (Abmat)
- 1 min – Max Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
- 1 min – Rest
