Thank you to everyone who came out for the 4th Anniversary party.  That was a good test run.  Now, let’s get ready for the CrossFit 908 Holiday party on Saturday, December 7th @ 8pm.  You all have a month to recover.

  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – Increasing Ladder
    • 2 Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
    • 2 Pull Ups (CRX = CTB)
    • 4 DB Thrusters
