Today’s Workout:

  • Skill: Superset
    • 3 x 5 Strict Pull Ups –  (2 second pause at top)
    • 3 x 5 Strict Ring Dips – (2 second pause at bottom)
  • Conditioning – 8 Rounds For Time (Sx = 6 Rounds / CRx = 10 Rounds) – 20 min time cap
    • Run 150M
    • 10 Burpees
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Abmat Sit Ups
