11/08/12 – Snow Day (at least for the 6am!)

This weather is ridiculous. I don’t know what the status of the roads will be in the morning, but right now it is terrible. We are canceling the 6am class, but all other classes are ON!

Today is a programmed rest day for those of you who have been at the gym M/T/W, but that doesn’t mean you have to sit at home in the cold! You can still come in, work on mobility, work on a skill, attempt a goal you have been working towards, or just hang around! The gym has power and heat, so come in, get warm, and charge up your electronics.

Nutrition Challenge – Send me your weight, points, and row time!!!!

Skill of The Month – Starting this Thursday and continuing every Thursday in November, we’ll be instructing on a skill. For the first 15-20 minutes of each class, the coach will go over a specific movement. You can choose to use your coach or still work on your own things. Tomorrow’s skill of the day will be kipping. Hopefully you all like this, and we’ll continue to do this every Thursday.

Did Karen get the ball over the line??? I think so!
