    • Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
    • Box Jump (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
    • Ring Dips
  • Finisher – 300m Waiter Walk (53#/35#)
