  • WOD – For Time – 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    • Deadlift – (225#/155#) – Scale as needed.  No more than 60% of your 1RM, seriously.
    • Toes To Bar
  • Accessory – 15 on / 30 off Hollow Hold x 6 reps

  1. Just perusing the site. Tim/Erin, want to thank you guys for putting on a great event last weekend. It was a lot of fun. My guys loved it and we’re looking forward to the next one.
