  • Strength – 5 x 50m Sled Push – All pushes should be challenging
  • Conditioning – “Rapid Fire”
    • 21-15-9 reps for time of
      • Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
      • Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Sx = Unassisted Pull Ups OR Challenging Ring Rows)
      • Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press OR Box HSPU)
  • Finisher – 50 Weighted Sit Ups
