Thanksgiving Schedule

  • Wed – No 7:15/8:15pm
  • Thanksgiving – 7am/8am/9am Only
  • Friday – No 6:15pm

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 –
    • 5 Deadlifts (Sx = 105#/75# – Rx = 155##/105# – CRx = 225#/155#)
    • 10 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
    • 15 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • Intention – 70-80% effort of continuous movement.  No sprinting here.  Bring your focus on the deadlifts.  Each set, regardless of fatigue should be able to be performed unbroken with good form.  The deadlift should be no more than 50% of your 1RM
  • Finisher – Handstands – SX = 5 x Wall Walk with 10 second hold/ Rx = 3 min total in a handstand hold / CRx = 5 x 50ft HS Walk
