11/14/12: Clean Practice

  • Mobility – Spend a little extra time on your hip/quad stretch.  Get your hamstrings and glutes warm.
  • Skill – Power Clean – 15 min to work to a heavy single
  • WOD – For Time – 21-15-9 reps of each of the following
    • Hang Power Clean (No more than 60% of your heavy single)
    • Toes To Bar
  • Accessory – Immediately following the workout pick up two heavy dumbbells or kettlebells and perform a 300m Farmer’s carry.
