  • Strength – Deadlift – 3×10 @ 70%/75%/80%
  • Conditioning – 5RFT
    • 8 Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 8 Push Jerks
  • Finisher – Max Effort Handstand Hold

A big thank you to everyone who chipped in yesterday to do 80-reps in support of World Diabetes Day.  I know there were several other local gyms that jumped in on the fun too. Thank you so much for all of the hard work.
