Reminder – There is no yoga or open gym this upcoming Sunday, 11/19.  The gym will be closed due to gym improvements.

Today’s Workout;

  • Strength – EMOM10 -2 Back Squat @ 80-85% of 1RM (Last back squats performed 10/19 10/25 11/09)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP12
    • 10-20-30-40-50….
      • Air Squats (CRx = Pistols (no modified pistols) starting at 5 reps and adding 5 reps each round)
      • Sit Ups (CRx = Toes To Bar starting at 5 reps and adding 5 reps each round)
  • Finisher – 3 x 20 Good Mornings + 10 Deficit Reverse Lunge off 25-45# plate (each leg)
