  • Pace Setter – 200m Run
  • Worker – 20 Rounds Total For Time – 30 min Time Cap
    • 6 Ring Dips
    • 8 Pull Ups
    • 10 Farmers Lunges (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
  • Finisher – 1 Set Max Rep Wall Balls (Choose your weight)
