Food for Crossfitters by Crossfitters, Kettlebell Kitchen is an easy & convenient way to get top notch nutrition delivered right to the gym. We’ve tasted the food ourselves, and we think it’s great!
They will make their first delivery to our box on Dec 2nd (and every Monday & Wednesday thereafter). The order cutoffs are:
- Wednesday evening by midnight for Monday delivery
- Saturday evening by midnight for Wednesday delivery

Thursday 8am/9am Classes – We are capping the classes @ 40 people. We will be doing a team workout. Anyone on the wait list will be upgraded to a reservation until we hit 40 people. Make sure you remove yourself out of a class if you have two reservations. If you are not upgraded to a reservation, we will not be able to accommodate you.
Friday Classes – 6am/8am/9am10am Only
- Warm Up – 500m Row / Foam Roll Lats and IT Bands
- Conditioning – For Time – 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
- Deadlift (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- Push Press (Same as DL – Yes, I know you can deadlift more than you can push press)
