11/18/13: EMOMday

This is the first week of the new schedule.  Please make sure you take note of the changes.  Also, please ensure you are registering for classes online before you show up.

  • Monday – 7:30pm CrossFit
  • Tuesday – 7:30pm Free Class
  • Wednesday – 7:30pm CrossFit
  • Thursday – 10:15am Yoga
  • Friday – 5:15am CrossFit
  • Saturday – 7:30am/8:15am/9:00am CrossFit

NEW! Starting this week, yoga will be offered on Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. instead of Wednesday evenings. Sunday yoga will continue to be held at 12:15 p.m. Remember…Practicing yoga even once a week will definitely improve your mobility, flexibility, and balance as well as your ability to use your breath more efficiently while working out. Hope to see you at one of the classes!

Today’s Workout:

  • EMOM20 – Alternating
    • 1st Min – 5 Front Squats taken from ground (Goal is 60-65% of 1RM)
    • 2nd Min – 10 Lateral Burpees Over The Bar (Drop to 6 if you you go over the minute)
  • Accessory – 50 Toes To Bar For Time
