11/23/13: Do It For The Team

In teams of 5, complete the following for total combined reps/calories.  Yes, math is involved.

Today’s Workout – Teams of 5.  One person starts at each station.  Everyone rotates through.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.  Keep a running total in your head for the 5 minutes you will be working.  Write it down during your rest, and then start again at 0.

  • 1 Min – Airdyne (Calories)
  • 1 Min – Sled Push (Completions of 10m Lengths.  No partials.  One length = 1 point.  Down & back = 2 points…..etc. Weights: Sx = +45#/+0 – Rx = +90#/+45#)
  • 1 Min – Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
  • 1 Min – Burpees
  • 1 Min – Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
