Today’s Workout – Teams of 5. One person starts at each station. Everyone rotates through. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Keep a running total in your head for the 5 minutes you will be working. Write it down during your rest, and then start again at 0.
- 1 Min – Airdyne (Calories)
- 1 Min – Sled Push (Completions of 10m Lengths. No partials. One length = 1 point. Down & back = 2 points…..etc. Weights: Sx = +45#/+0 – Rx = +90#/+45#)
- 1 Min – Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
- 1 Min – Burpees
- 1 Min – Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
