11/24/17: Last day to grab your jump ropes

Reminder to take your jump ropes home today.  We will be putting any leftover jump ropes in short-term storage.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 2 x 20 Back Squat @ 50% of your 1RM
  • Conditioning – EMOM15
    • 1st min – 15/10 Cal Bike (Sx = 10/7)
    • 2nd min – 15 Toes To Bar (Sx = 10 TTB / 15 V-Ups)
    • 3rd min – 10 Burpees (Sx = 7 Burpees)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets = 20 Good Mornings / :30 Wtd Plank
