  • Strength – EMOM10 – 2 Back Squats starting @ 80% of 1RM.  If you can go up, go up!  2 People per bar.
  • Conditioning #1- AMRAP5
    • 5 Goblet Squats (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx – 70#/53#)
    • 10 Box Jumps
  • Rest 2 min
  • Conditioning #2 – AMRAP5
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (Use same KB as first WOD)
