  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 – Teams of 2
    • Pace Setter – Run 300m
    • Work – AMRAP of
      • 10 Ring Rows
      • 10 Ring Dips
      • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (Sx = 30#20# – Rx = 50#/35# – CRx = 70#/50#)
  • Finisher – Handstand Practice – Sx = Collect a total of 2 min in a hold or top of wall walk.  Rx = Practice freestanding handstands
