New Fundamentals starts Tuesday, 11/27 @ 7:30pm.

  • Mobility – Focus on Shoulders
  • Skill/Strength – Find a 1RM pull up (i.e. the most difficult pull up you can complete)
  • WOD – 3RFT
    • 300m Row
    • 20 Pull Ups
    • 20 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
  • Finisher – 3 x 30 on / 30 off Anchored Sit Ups
