Thankful for all of you who come to the gym and make my job so fun. Thankful that there are nearly 80 people who are coming to spend Thanksgiving morning busting their hump at the gym, and I’m sure many more who wish they could but can’t make it. I hope everyone enjoys their day!
Today’s Workout – In teams of 4 complete the following
- 4,000m Row (Someone must always be rowing, and you may switching as often as you like. As soon as the row is completed you can have 2 people working at once. Up until that point only one person at a time.
- Chipper – To be completed while rowing
- 100 Sit Ups (Abmat)
- 100 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
- 100 Ring Dips
- 100 Sit Ups
- 100 Jumping Lunges (2-for-1)
- 100 Push Ups
- 100 Sit Ups
- 100 Air Squats
- 100 Burpees
As Movember comes to a close, I leave you with what could quite possible be the creepiest picture of me…..ever. I certainly won’t be allowed in any Chuck E Cheeses anytime soon.
