  • Skill – EMOM10 – 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat – Attempt to increase weight every 2 minutes.
  • Conditioning – Partner WOD – Complete 5 Rounds
    • 1 min – Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
    • 1 min – Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 1 min – Rest
  • Finisher – 300m Waiter Walk (53#/35#)
