Today’s Workout:
- Strength – Teams of 2
- Snatch – Take 15-20 min to find a 1RM – (Can be any style – Score is team total)
- Conditioning – AMRAP15 – Partner Alternating Full Rounds
- 15 Power Snatch (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55#) For anyone with limited shoulder range of motion we can substitute a single arm dumbbell snatch or power cleans.
- 30 Double Unders (Sx = 20 45# Plate Hops)
- Finisher – 3 x 10 High Pulls Each Arm + :30 Handstand Hold
