- Skill – Max Weight 20m sled push
- WOD – Teams of 3 – Every Minute on the Minute for 21 minutes. Alternate between these three movements completing each movement seven times each per person.
- 1st minute – 20m sled push (+45#/+10)
- 2nd minute – 15 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
- 3rd minute – 10 Toes To Bar
- Mandatory 2-3 minute foam roll each leg
