12/05/12: Sleds

Saturday, Dec 8th @ 8PM – CrossFit 908’s 4th Annual Holiday Party – It’s that time of year – come join us for another epic holiday party! Please bring a food or drink item and holiday cheer!

  • Skill – Max Weight 20m sled push
  • WOD – Teams of 3 – Every Minute on the Minute for 21 minutes.  Alternate between these three movements completing each movement seven times each per person.
    • 1st minute – 20m sled push (+45#/+10)
    • 2nd minute – 15 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
    • 3rd minute – 10 Toes To Bar
  • Mandatory 2-3 minute foam roll each leg
