Only four more free classes of yoga left!!  This week: tonight at 7:45 p.m. and Sunday 12/16 at 10:30 a.m.  The classes are beginner level, but all are welcome.  See the whiteboard or Zen Planner for dates.

  • Mobility Warm Up – Foam Roll, Quad Stretch, Band Stretches
  • WOD # 1 – 7 min AMRAP
    • 7 HSPU – Rx – head to ground
    • 21 Double Unders (Sub 63 Singles)

  • WOD # 2 – 7 min AMRAP
    • 7 Burpees – Games Standard to same plate as overhead lunge
    • 21 Overhead Reverse Lunge (45#/25#) – One-for-One In place

    • 11 KB High Pulls (70#/53#)
    • 21 Mountain Climbers (2 for 1) – Foot to outside of the hand
