    • 50 Calorie Row
    • 40 Dumbbell Push Press (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#/35#)
    • 30 Toes To Bar (Sx = Straight Leg Raise OR V-Ups)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 Ring Dips + 15 Side Plank Heel Taps
