12/14/10 – Tuesday Deads

Reminder – This month’s goal is that everyone in the gym is able to complete at least 5 double unders in a  row.  We are nearly halfway through the month and some people have made outstanding progress!  Make sure to put your name on the whiteboard to track your progress!

Schedule –

  • New Mobility Warm Up
  • Deadlift – 5-4-3-2-1 (Go for a new 1 rep max)
  • WOD – Complete the following for time
    • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
    • Power Clean (Heavy)
    • Pull Up (Given the low rep scheme you should be trying a more difficult variation of the pull up.  Either one band harder, unassisted, chest to bar, strict, weighted, etc)
  • Mobility WOD – Loss of Ring Dip Power
